Individuals working in Secured/Sterile Areas and other restricted areas of the Airport Terminal and ramp are required to obtain an airport-issued Secured Identification Display Area (SIDA) badge.

Hangar owners, airport tenants and their employees, or anyone who conducts business or is based on the general aviation side of the airfield must obtain an airport-issued Air Operations Area (AOA) identification badge for unescorted access to the aviation ramp area.

As of July 28, 2025, all badge applicants must apply for a Tri-Cities Airport badge through AirBadge.
